Can anyone help me with a program that can monitor my sql
server agent that will return an alert if the service
stops. I am using netiq and it only monitors sql server
service.H
If you have NetIQ'a Diagnostic Mangager it will notify you if the status of the SQLAgent changes (i.e. if it stops)
Otherwise, there are lots of little utilities that you can download for free to monitor a Windows service and notify you if it goes down. (for e.g. watchdog)
